Open your house

Create an account, set up your house and put the booking engine on your own site. The first 14 days are free and you need no payment details now.

At least twelve characters. A sentence works better than a word with symbols in it.

Optional. With a valid VAT number we reverse-charge the VAT on our invoices; without a number we charge VAT as for a private customer.

With or without the country code in front, for example NL123456789B01 or ESB12345678. We check it straight away in VIES, the European register, and record the outcome.

We record who agreed, when, from which IP address and which version was on your screen, and send you a PDF of exactly that version straight away.

Monthly, renews automatically at €39 per month, excl. VAT. You can terminate monthly, with one month's notice. On 1 January we adjust the fee by the consumer price index of Statistics Netherlands, plus a surcharge of 1%.
