We are not live yet. Anyone who signs up now creates a trial account on a demo, and these short terms apply to that instead of the terms and conditions and the data processing agreement. We wrote them ourselves; a lawyer has not seen them yet.

1. What this is

A demo to try the product: signing up, setting up your property, publishing and taking bookings on simulated connections. It is not a service we provide to you, and no subscription comes into being. Nothing on this site is an offer. Anyone who signs up declares that they are 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of the business.

2. What it costs

Nothing. You pay nothing, now or later, and nothing is charged. A payment or mandate in the demo is simulated: no money changes hands, even if the screen seems to say otherwise.

3. No real guest data

Do not enter data of real guests: no names, email addresses, phone numbers, passports or other documents. Use made-up data. In the demo we process no guest data on your behalf, and that is why there is no data processing agreement either.

4. Your own data

We use your name, your email address and what you enter about your property to make the demo work and to reach you about your account. How we handle that and how long we keep anything is in the privacy statement.

5. No guarantee and no liability

The demo can change, stop or be emptied at any time, and what you enter can disappear. We promise nothing about how it works or how long it will be there. We are not liable for damage from using it, to the extent the law allows.

6. Stopping

You can stop at any time. If you want us to delete your account, email hallo@norenrooms.com. We can also end a trial account at any time.

7. When it becomes real

When we go live, we will ask you to agree again: then to the full terms and conditions and the data processing agreement of the company that provides the service. Without that agreement, nothing in this demo becomes a contract to pay or to deliver.
