Noren is not live yet. Nothing on this site is an offer: you are welcome to try everything, but nothing is agreed or paid. Anything you enter is erased every night.

Switching

From Booking.com and a diary to a system of your own.

Do you work with the Booking.com extranet, a diary and your inbox today? Then Noren is your first system of your own. Below is what comes with you and what changes.

What comes with you

  • You do not retype your bookings. Put a list of your reservations as a CSV, from the extranet or your diary, into the import screen and match the columns; the screen suggests the match from common column names. Every import starts as a trial: you see line by line what will be created and what differs, before a single booking exists. If something still goes wrong, you undo the whole import in one click.
  • Your room types and base prices move over in one go with the setup helper. It only creates what is still empty and shows you first what it will do.
  • Your Booking.com account stays yours. There is nothing to cancel: Noren sits next to it, not in its place.

What works differently

  • Guests also book on your own website, with a booking engine in your own style. On those bookings you pay no OTA commission.
  • Every channel, your own site and what you enter yourself sit in one calendar. Every night the next thirty nights are compared with each channel. The channel connection goes live with the first property.
  • Guests check in online, in the language they booked in (Dutch, English, Spanish or German). In Spain the SES.HOSPEDAJES report comes from the same record; filing goes live with the first property in Spain.

How long it takes

For a property with seven rooms, setting up takes about an afternoon: room types, prices and policies, and one snippet of code on your website. You do it yourself, at your own pace; we connect your channels together with you.

You do not have to switch in one day. Keep your old system running until you are sure, and only then swap the booking engine on your website. If you stop during the trial, you pay nothing; your account stays, but your house does not go live.

What it costs

Noren costs €39 a month up to 5 rooms, €59 up to 15 rooms and €99 up to 30 rooms, with everything in every plan. On top of that 0.4% on direct bookings paid through your own payment provider; we charge nothing on OTA bookings. No setup fee, monthly with one month’s notice, and the first 14 days are free. Prices exclude VAT.

What Booking.com costs is on their own website. Check their current price list: it changes, and we do not keep track of it.

Work out your month

On this page we say nothing about Booking.com beyond what their own website says. See something that is wrong? Email us and we will correct it.
