The front desk
that runs itself.
Noren is the booking engine and channel manager for independent hotels, with your whole day on one screen. It lives on your own website under your own name, clears the busywork overnight, and your guests' money goes straight to you.
ExampleCasa Almendro is an example house. These screens are recreated from the product; in the demo you click through the real one.

Booking engine
Looks like your house. Not like ours.
The booking engine sits on your own site, in your colour, type and corners. Five settings instead of fifty; we made the rest of the decisions for you. Our name appears nowhere in the booking engine.

Automation
Handled before you've had coffee.
Every night Noren works through what needs doing: dirty rooms before an arrival, prices that didn't reach a channel, guests who haven't checked in. You decide per kind of task how far it may go.

One system
The whole house. One set of data.
Bookings, rooms, rates, messages, housekeeping and money live on one record. So the list you filter is the list you export, and a number on your screen can always be clicked open to the bookings behind it.
- Guests
One thread per guest, and reminders that stop.
Your guests' messages sit in one conversation next to the booking; email and the channels join with the first house. Reminders for check-in, documents and balances end the moment the task is done, never more than one a day.
Draft replies4 languages - Room moves
Free up nights you couldn't sell.
When a new guest can't fit because stays are scattered, Noren suggests who could change rooms. Afterwards you see what the freed nights earned. Nobody is moved without you.
ExplainedUndo - Rates
Every price explains itself.
Pick a date, party and length of stay and see where each euro comes from: base rate, season, rule, extra and tax, night by night.
Rate rulesSeasons - Channels
Know up front what a channel won't apply.
Noren knows what each channel supports. Set a minimum stay and it tells you up front that Airbnb only applies it on the arrival day.
Booking.comAirbnbExpedia - Moving over
Switch systems in an afternoon.
Import your bookings yourself, first as a dry run with a report of every difference. If you change your mind, one click undoes the whole import.
CSVDry run - Performance
Numbers you can click open.
Occupancy, average rate (ADR), booking pace and pickup, calculated the same way everywhere. Save any filtered list as a view, share it, and export exactly what you see.

Housekeeping that works in the cellar.
An app for the team with the cleaning board, tasks and notifications. Without signal, changes wait on the phone and sync once the connection is back.
OfflineNotifications - Team
Roles, two-factor and a full history.
Five role presets cover almost every house. Every change records who, when and what it was before, whether it came from a person, a channel or Noren.

Payments
Your guests pay you, directly.
Money goes from your guest straight to your own payment account. Noren never holds it, so there's nothing to wait for and nothing to reconcile.
A checkout sorted by what it costs you.
On a €600 booking a credit card costs you €11.05 and iDEAL €0.29. So for a Dutch guest iDEAL comes first on its own; there is nothing to set up.
Coming soonPayments through your own provider go live with the first house.
Spain, end to end
From booking to guest registration, without retyping a passport.
The booking, the guest's check-in on their phone, the SES.HOSPEDAJES report and the details the law asks for all come from the same file. The extended reporting under RD 933/2021 has applied since December 2024, with fines up to €30,000.

We used to spend the first hour of every day copying passports into a government portal. Now I open Noren and it is already done.
Questions, answered.
All questions, by topicHow long does setup take?
For a seven-room house, about an afternoon. You add room types, set rates and policies and paste one snippet on your website, at your own pace; there's no onboarding call to book. Your channels we connect together with you, because a channel wants someone from our side for that.
Can I bring my bookings from another system?
Yes. Export a CSV from your current system and drop it into the import screen. You get a report of what will be created before anything happens. Past stays count in your figures and guest history; future stays go through the same availability check as a new booking.
Is there a setup fee or a required annual contract?
Neither. You pay per month and cancel with one month's notice. If you would rather pay yearly, you get 12 months for the price of 10, invoiced in advance; you then cancel with effect from the end of the year, with one month's notice.
Which channels do you connect to?
Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia, with rates and availability syncing in both directions. Other platforms that offer a calendar link can be connected for availability. The channel connection goes live with the first house.
Does guest money go through Noren?
Never. Your guest pays directly into your own payment account. Noren never holds guest money and never sits between you and your payout. Our 0.4% fee is invoiced separately each month.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union. From the moment the first house goes live, we back up every night to separate European storage and test restoring it.
