01 · Booking
Every booking opens the guest record.
Every booking creates one record: who, how many, when and in which language. Bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia join once the channel connection is live.

02 · Pre-arrival
A check-in link, in their language.
A week before arrival each guest gets a link in the language they booked in. If they don't fill it in, Noren sends a reminder, or asks you first if that's how you set it.

03 · Check-in
Guests scan their ID and sign.
Every traveller fills in their own details on their phone: ID scan, address and signature. If a minor travels along, Noren also asks for the relationship. Noren checks the data against the rules before it's sent.

04 · SES report
Filed with SES.HOSPEDAJES, automatically.
As soon as the details are complete, Noren files the registration with the Ministry of the Interior, in time for the legal 24-hour deadline. You see the confirmation, or the reason it was rejected, on your Today screen.

05 · Payment
How the stay was paid is already there.
The law also asks how a stay was paid. The guest paid through Noren with your own provider, so those details are already on the record. Invoices under Verifactu are built on the same record, ready for the deadline: 1 January 2027 for companies, 1 July 2027 for everyone else.

Kept, in the EU, for as long as required.

The morning routine, before and after.
Elsewhere, registration is handwork: every guest, every day, typed into a portal. With Noren it comes straight from the check-in.
Without Noren
- Copy each passport by hand
- Log in to the government portal
- Check every day that everything was reported
- Chase guests for missing data at the desk
- Find out about a rejection weeks later
~ 45 min a day
With Noren
- Guests fill in their own details on their phone
- Noren checks the data before it's sent
- The report is filed automatically
- Missing details get a reminder
- Rejections show on Today, with a fix
Only when a report is rejected
Time estimate is illustrative, for a seven-room house.
When something fails
You hear about it. In plain words.
A rejected report lands on your Today screen with the reason in plain words, the authority's own text underneath and one button to fix it.

More countries on request
For other countries the same record can be the basis. Ask us about yours.
GDPR by default
Data in the EU and a data processing agreement you accept at sign-up.
Four guest languages
Dutch, English, Spanish and German. Check-in follows the language they booked in.
Documents encrypted
Document numbers, dates and places of birth are encrypted field by field, and deleted automatically after the legal term.
Access and erasure, done yourself
Export everything about a guest, or anonymise them while keeping the financial history. Consent is stored per purpose, with time and source.
Tourist tax per region
Per country and region, as its own invoice line with its own VAT. Where a region levies nothing, no empty line appears.
Verifactu, in preparation
Invoicing for Spanish properties is being built for Verifactu: from 1 January 2027 for companies, from 1 July 2027 for everyone else. Until it is ready, Noren issues no invoices there.
