SES.HOSPEDAJES (Spain)

The web service details Noren uses to file the reservation and the guests with SES.HOSPEDAJES for each property in Spain.

On this screen you fill in the details Noren uses to file with SES.HOSPEDAJES for your property: the reservation within 24 hours of booking or cancelling, the guests within 24 hours of arrival. The screen only exists if one of your properties is in Spain.

What you need

At the top are three steps at SES.HOSPEDAJES itself: turn on the web service for your establishment, request the web service user, and copy the establishment code and the código de arrendador. That user sits next to your regular account and ends in WS.

One card per property

Each property has its own card showing "Not connected" or "Connected". Fill in:

  • "Web service user"
  • "Password"
  • "Establishment code"
  • "Código de arrendador"

Click "Save". The first time, all four are required. After that an empty field keeps what was there; of the codes you then only see the last four characters. The password and both codes are stored encrypted and never shown on the screen again.

If the username does not end in WS, the screen says so straight away while you type and after saving. Saving still works, but with your regular account the web service rejects every filing.

Nothing goes to the authority from this screen. The next filing in the queue uses the new details. "Disconnect" removes them; only someone who may disconnect integrations can do that.

Real or practice

  • With all four details, that property's filings go to SES.HOSPEDAJES.
  • Without details, it says "Practice connection: nothing real goes out." Filings then go through a practice service that accepts everything. On Guests such a filing still shows "Reported".
  • A filing that already went to the practice service is not sent again after you connect. File that one yourself.

Good to know

  • The web service connection has not yet been tried with a real account. After your first filings, check in your own SES.HOSPEDAJES account that they are there.
  • Integrations shows the same state, with the "Fill in details" button.
  • What is filed when is in Guest registration in Spain.
