The dashboard, screen by screen
Today
The day at your property in order of the clock, with the one thing still to do for each guest.
Today is the screen you start the day with. At the top you see the date, the time at your property and one sentence with the number of arrivals, departures and occupied rooms. Below that is the day itself.
The list of the day
Each line is a departure, a room to clean, or an arrival, with its time in front. At the same time, departures come first, then cleaning, then arrivals. Each line has one button:
- "Arrived": the guest is in. Made a mistake? "Undo" puts them back.
- "Check out": the guest has left and the room is free.
- "Ready": the room is clean.
- "Settle": an amount is still outstanding. The booking panel opens on the payments, with the amount already filled in. As long as something is outstanding, you get this button on arrival and departure instead of the others.
The name opens the guest, the room number opens the calendar at that room, and the booking number opens the booking. If something is missing for a guest, such as online check-in or a reply to a message, it shows as a second line under the name, with a button. On a day when guests check themselves in, "Self check-in" shows above the list.
Customise
With "Customise" you choose what sits next to the day. You start from one of three layouts: "Small house", "Busy house" or "Calm". Then you add blocks, remove them or change their order. Blocks include "Rooms tonight", "Waiting for you", "This week", "Summary" and "The day's figures". A block that belongs to a module you switched off is not offered. "Back to default" restores Small house.
The list of the day is always there. Your layout only applies to you; a colleague keeps their own.
Good to know
- At the top right are "Calendar" and "New booking".
- "Waiting for you" shows the first three items from Attention.
- If your property has never had a booking, the screen shows what will appear here, with a button to your next setup step.
- All times are in your property's time zone, not your phone's.
