The fee
0.4% on direct. Zero on OTAs.

Only on direct bookings that go through your payment provider via Noren.
Nothing on OTA bookings
Booked via Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia? We charge nothing: you already pay them enough.
No setup fee
You set up your house yourself. Only your channels we connect together with you, and that is included in your plan.
Pause mode when you close
Closed for the winter? After 2 months without stays Noren suggests pause mode at 30% of your price. Your calendar and history keep working and the booking engine still takes bookings for later dates, without payment up front.
Bring another house
Share your referral code. They get 50% off their first 2 invoices; you get 30% of what they pay in their first year, taken off your own subscription.
Cancel any month
Cancel whenever you like, with one month’s notice, and get a full export of your data within thirty days, free of charge. If you pay yearly, you cancel with effect from the end of the year.
Your plan changes with your house.
Go over your plan’s room limit and you move up a plan from the next month; drop below it and you move down. Nothing to request, nothing to negotiate. More than thirty rooms? Get in touch and we will set it up with you.
