Integrations

Integrations is the overview of everything your property is connected to. For each connection you see in one sentence how it stands, and a button to the screen where you set it up. You set nothing up on this screen itself.

The groups

• Booking platforms: Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia, Google and the calendars through iCal. See Channel connections, Google and iCal.
• Communication: guest mails, replies by email, WhatsApp Business and the messages from the channels. See WhatsApp.
• Payments: the payment provider through which guests pay you, and the mandate for your own subscription. See Payment provider.
• Guest registration: the Spanish filing with SES.HOSPEDAJES, with the "Fill in details" button to SES.HOSPEDAJES. See Guest registration in Spain.
• Invoicing: Verifactu. See Verifactu.
• Your own integrations: API keys and webhooks, for a till or a system of your own. "Set up keys and webhooks" takes you to Your own integrations. See Your own integrations.

Guest registration and Invoicing only appear if one of your properties is in Spain. For a property elsewhere they are left out.

What the labels mean

Label	Meaning
"Connected"	It works.
"Not connected"	It is possible, but you have not set it up yet. The button next to it takes you there.
"Not available yet"	Noren cannot do this for you yet. There is nothing for you to do.

If it says something is a practice connection, the screen behind it works, but nothing real goes out. For SES.HOSPEDAJES that holds until you fill in the web service details; then it shows "Connected". If the username does not end in WS, the sentence next to it says the web service will reject every filing.

What is not possible yet

• The channel connection with Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia is not available yet; it goes live with the first property, and then we connect it together with you. Until then, a room that is also on Airbnb or Vrbo can keep in step through a calendar address.
• Verifactu is not available yet, and has no button. Until it is ready, Noren issues no invoices for a property in Spain.
• Google and replies by email can also show "Not available yet"; the sentence next to them says why.

Who sees what

Only someone who may manage integrations can set them up. Someone without that right still sees the overview, but not every button.
