Settings

Settings is what you arrange once and rarely touch again: your subscription with Noren, the invoices and the links to other systems. What guests see is on Your property.

Open Settings

At the top are buttons to screens without a place in the bar, such as Your property, Publishing, Import and Integrations.

Subscription and invoices

• "Your subscription": plan, rooms, amount per month or per year and the next invoice, with the "Cancel subscription" link. Below it you see what the other choice costs and from which day it would apply, with "Pay yearly" or "Pay monthly"; a scheduled switch can be withdrawn with "Withdraw switch". After cancelling: "Cancelled", the end date and "Withdraw cancellation". See Subscription and Cancel subscription.
• "VAT on your invoice": whether VAT is charged or reverse charged. See VAT. If your property is in Spain and there is no valid VAT number, it explains below how to get into the ROI so that your NIF works in VIES.
• What Noren costs you this month: subscription, discount and platform fee for this calendar month so far, excluding VAT.
• "Billing details": name, address, country and VAT number on your invoice, from the next invoice on. If you gave a VAT number when signing up, it is already filled in; when you save, we check it again in VIES.
• "Direct debit mandate": with it we collect the subscription. Save your billing details first.
• "Invoices": every invoice and credit note, with its pdf. "Explanation" shows an invoice line by line, with the bookings under the platform fee.
• "Your introduction code": to pass on to another property.

An announced price increase appears at the top of this screen, with the last day you can cancel free of charge.

Payment provider

Without a connected payment provider a guest cannot pay. Start with "Connect", finish there and confirm with "Connection is done". A real payment provider is not available yet; until then it is a practice connection. See Payment provider.

Paused state

If your property is closed for a while, "Pause it" moves it to a lower rate. Your data keeps working, and the booking engine takes bookings for later without payment up front. Channel connections, automated messages and payments go off. "Open it again" works immediately. Pausing is not cancelling.

Take your data with you

Here you download all your data, at any time and free of charge: "Everything in one file (JSON)", or per part as CSV, such as bookings, guests and invoices. Document numbers are readable in it; every download goes into the Activity log. Only people who may set up the property see this part. That stays so after your subscription ends and the dashboard is read-only; see Cancel subscription.
